1. Sales Executive (Enterprise IT & Data Center Solution)


  • Developing and executing the sales strategy to acquire new opportunities and accounts, and expand wallet share from existing strategic accounts

  • Maintain strong pipelines through creating sales opportunities

  • Meeting and exceeding assigned targets by prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities.

  • Develop business strategies for designated accounts

  • Managing and forecasting sales activity and opportunities.

  • Build strategic customer relationships to understand customers’ pain points and requirements and design the right solutions

  • Understand competitor landscapes and their strategies

  • Maintaining and expanding the company's relationship with business units, divisions, and the overall enterprise.

  • Maintain collaborative relation with customers and look for new opportunities


  • Female, age not over 35 years.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Management and related fields.

  • At least 5 years in IT Infrastructure, IT Software sales, IT solution sales, or Enterprise solution is a MUST

  • Familiar with project sales, solution selling or consulting business.

  • Experience working in a fast paced and dynamic environment

  • Having a good record of sales target achievement

  • Excellent presentation and listening skills.

  • Good command of English

2. Pre-Sales Engineer (Enterprise IT Solution)


  • Obtain, translate customer requirements, design, and recommend solutions to the customer

  • Facilitate long-term customer relationships through the delivery of technical solutions to customer

  • Prepare presentations, demos, POCs, statement of work (SOW) and TOR as needed.

  • Perform detail of technical specialist tasks, which consists of solution design, create BOQ (Bill of Quantity), Lab testing, POC (Prove of Concept), demonstration, compliance to specification etc.

  • Conduct workshops, product update and product training to customers and business partners

  • Maintain technology expertise & currency in Technical Solutions by training and certification

  • Maintain professional communication with internal and external customers

  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deliverable deadlines

  • Work closely with vendor and partners to ensure the success of the project.

  • Maintain customer satisfaction throughout the life cycle of the engagement.

  • Conduct the product and solution training as well as technology update to the internal colleagues and customer on a regular basis.


  • Male or Female Age between 25 – 32 years old

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields

  • At least 3 years of working experience in Pre-sales Engineer, Pre-sales consultant or similar position.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Good knowledge of IT Solution products (Software, Hardware, Network, Server, Storage, Big Data, IoT, AI, Cloud, IP)

  • Good communication and presentation skills

  • Self-motivated and keeping the dynamic.

  • Able to work under pressure

  • Fast learner, Ability to learn new technologies and business requirements.

  • Good command of English.

  • Good interpersonal skills and able to work as a team player.
